Continued some changes this morning regarding mainly the ND-DOT cams here in North Dakota. The DOT made a minor change to the directory paths, so I needed to fix those. Otherwise, I removed a couple of other cams, one in Grand Forks and another in Bismarck that are no longer in operation.

I had a little extra time this afternoon here at work, so I started doing some housecleaning on some cams in Indiana. There were a few with broken links I needed to update. Also, I noticed that WISE-TV out of Fort Wayne now offers a few additional cams, so I've added those.
