Version :: 4.34.1

Besides additions of KS-DOT cams today, I also needed to run some maintenance on the Version Log itself. Somehow, I had managed to miss a day of upgrades, so my version numbers didn't exactly line up correctly. That has been corrected.

Otherwise, like I stated, I continued adding the KS-DOT cams along I-70 and edited others, mainly for descriptions.
