Just noticed moments ago that the webcam atop the parking garage in downtown Grand Forks, ND is operational once again. The cam went inoperable almost 2 years ago so I hadn't listed it since.

So, we have another cam in Grand Forks now... It faces the convergence of the Red Lake River and the Red River.
